ServiceI'm so upset with the way this company has been handling things. It's so frustrating that they didn't even bother to reach out to me about my payment problem before sending it to a collections agency. Now my credit score is messed up all because of their mistake over $7.49. And it's ridiculous that they say they tried 11 times to get the payment through without ever actually talking to me. This is not how a good company should treat their customers when it comes to billing problems.

ServiceI've been a loyal customer of this online retailer for over 10 years, buying stuff multiple times a month. Every time I've had any issues, the customer service team has been quick to resolve them. I don't get why there are negative reviews, 'cause my experiences have always been good. The customer service here is top-notch, always going above and beyond to help with any questions or problems. The products I've bought have been good quality and priced fairly. I've been shopping online for 15 years now, and I can honestly say this company always gives me a good shopping experience. Oh, and just so you know, they're based in Seattle, not China.
