Clothing items
The website might look nice and have some really good deals, but don't be fooled - you really do get what you pay for. The returns policy is a total headache, needing way too much proof for each item. I had a tough time and it took forever, especially when you compare it to other sites like ASOS. The pictures and models may seem awesome, but the actual product is a letdown. I won't be coming back here, that's for sure. Learned my lesson.

As a plus size woman who is short, I gotta say Yoins is my go-to for clothes that are trendy and don't break the bank. They've got a great range of sizes, which is awesome for someone like me who struggles to find good stuff in regular stores. The clothes are top-notch and priced well. The only downside is that the shipping takes a bit long - waiting 2-3 weeks for my order can be a hassle, especially if I need it in a hurry. Overall, I love Yoins' selection and quality, but speedier shipping would be a game-changer.
Misssized clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this company not too long ago and I was pretty disappointed because they didn't fit right and were really cheaply made. When I tried to return them, they gave me a hard time and said I could only get half off on my next purchase. That's not fair at all and it goes against what I know about consumer rights. I ended up having to get my credit card company involved to get my money back, and it was a real hassle.

The quality of the materials was excellent, the measurements were spot on, and the items fit perfectly, eh. The delivery was even earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise, eh. Overall, I was very impressed with my shopping experience, eh, and I'll definitely be ordering again in the future, eh.
