CheckoutI just bought some clothes online and it was kind of a mixed bag. Ordering was easy, but there were some problems with the billing. They accidentally charged me twice because my order got duplicated without asking me first. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they didn't really solve the issue. On top of that, some of the stuff I got looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was in bad shape. It made me wonder if the product descriptions and images were even reliable. All in all, it was a letdown and now I'm not sure if I'll shop there again.
