I ordered something on February 2nd of this year, and I was really looking forward to getting it. But when I checked the status the day before it was supposed to arrive, I found out that they ran out of stock and I had to talk to customer service. It was a huge letdown because I had been waiting for over a month without any updates. It's now March 10th, and I'm still waiting for a refund for my whole order. All in all, my experience has been pretty disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered a bunch of things, but they were way too see-through, you could see my undies right through them! Had to send it all back, but the return process is so long, it's like 27 steps! And it's been 14 whole days and they still haven't given me my money back, so frustrating! Customer service keeps asking for my tracking number and order ID, even though I've already given it to them 13 times, like seriously?

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest ordering from this store. I bought two items, and even though they came fast, they were both made of lousy fabric. It's a bit of a gamble with Yoins, and in my case, it definitely didn't work out. I'm currently trying to get my money back, and let me tell you, it's not simple. You have to keep bugging them for your refund. It's too much of a hassle for what it's worth. If you're unsure about ordering from here, I would recommend checking out other options. There are lots of other stores with better products and easier refund policies. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I just bought two things from this company and I was so let down when they came in the wrong size and made out of cheap, flimsy fabric. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to get a return label but the email address and phone number they gave just didn't work. It's a really bad way to treat customers and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them at all costs.

The website might look nice and have some really good deals, but don't be fooled - you really do get what you pay for. The returns policy is a total headache, needing way too much proof for each item. I had a tough time and it took forever, especially when you compare it to other sites like ASOS. The pictures and models may seem awesome, but the actual product is a letdown. I won't be coming back here, that's for sure. Learned my lesson.

I bought some clothes from this company not too long ago and I was pretty disappointed because they didn't fit right and were really cheaply made.
