Returns & RefundsI bought a digital piano from this company not long ago, but it arrived broken. When I called customer service, they said I could send back the heavy 200-pound piano, but the return process sounds like a big hassle. Even though the customer service is quick to respond, they don't have replacement parts until February, so I'm basically stuck with a piano I can't even play for the next 4 months.

Returns & RefundsI bought a euphonium from this website not long ago and I ran into a problem with one of the valves being super sticky, so I couldn't even play it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they only sell the instruments and couldn't help me with any issues. They recommended I take it to a repair shop. On top of that, I found out that if I wanted to return the faulty euphonium, I'd have to cover the shipping costs within a 30-day time limit. All in all, dealing with this online store has been nothing but annoying and inconvenient.
