Returns & RefundsI was really disappointed with this company. Their return policy is so strict, most things you buy are final sale. The customer service was terrible, they didn't help at all. And their prices seem fishy - they start high and then drop to where they should be. That's why so many things end up as final sale, even if they're brand new and unopened. If you pay full price and want to return something, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. It feels kinda sneaky, I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
