DeliveryI recently bought a watch roll from your company and chose Next Day Air (NDA) shipping for fast delivery. But I was disappointed when my order didn't get any updates on Monday afternoon. I emailed on Tuesday and found out it wouldn't arrive until 11/9, which wasn't in line with NDA shipping. I tried calling customer service but couldn't reach anyone, so I sent another email asking for clarification and saying I wanted to cancel and get a refund if it couldn't be shipped on time. The next thing I got was an invoice that seemed like an RMA, but I wasn't sure if my order was canceled and refunded or just delayed. I wasn't happy with the service from a company known for luxury products.
