Wrong size harness and collar
I bought a harness and collar from this company since I'm a new dog owner. But I messed up the size and needed to swap them for a different one. When I contacted customer service for help, they said they couldn't assist with my international order. It was really disappointing and annoying that they didn't offer any help for a basic exchange. Because of this, I won't be buying anything from this company again.
Collar and dog tag purchase
I bought a collar and a dog tag at your store not too long ago. I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality of the stuff. When I tried to put the dog tag on the collar, the plastic or silicone part just came right off. And to make things worse, the collar didn't last long at all - the holes turned all gross and started to rip after just a little bit of wear. But the worst part was that the font on the dog tag got all scratched up really fast, so now I can't even read it.
Dog leash purchase
Even though there are lots of options out there, I thought I'd check out Wild One for a dog leash. But, I was let down big time by their customer service. The folks I talked to just kept sticking to the rules and repeating FAQs instead of actually trying to help me out. It was pretty annoying, so I decided to take my money elsewhere. I found some smaller businesses that gave me great service and were willing to help me out. I won't be recommending Wild One to anyone because of their customer service letdown.
XL size collar purchase
The XL size collar design isn't great because it has too many holes for adjusting the size, but it doesn't have an extra D ring or anything to secure the extra piece of collar, so there's a big tab sticking out. That's not safe for pets and it doesn't look good. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful and didn't want to listen to my concerns about the collar design.
