The art prints and cards I bought were awesome, really top quality stuff. But man, dealing with customer service was a real bummer. I had a problem with my order and needed help, but the person I talked to was so uninterested and rude. I just gave up trying to fix things and ended up losing some cash. It's too bad that amazing products like these get overshadowed by crappy customer service.

I found this amazing company that totally changed how I do cards and gift wrapping for birthdays and Christmas. They had a great selection of cards, you could pick individual ones or get sets, and the designs were top-notch. I got a few sets and they were so good. It was fun picking them out because there were so many great options. I also got some Christmas card sets, and it was a game-changer. No more dealing with packs of cards where only a few are good! I was surprised to find one of the styles I wanted was out of stock, but the customer service team fixed it right away. They gave me a replacement card and even added two extra ones for free. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays, I was really impressed. The cards and wrapping paper were amazing quality and had such a good variety. The prices were reasonable, much better than what you'd see in stores. Overall, my experience with this company was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming back.

I bought something during the Boxing Day sale at 7am, then they went and cancelled my order at 10am the next day. They said I asked for it, but I never did. When I tried to buy it again, they were sold out. I was so let down and annoyed. I really like their stuff, but their customer service was so bad. Making sure orders are fulfilled is pretty basic, and they really dropped the ball on that one.
