Not what I expected, but not a disaster either
Not what I expected, but not a disaster either
Returns & RefundsI actually spotted this tote at a little pop-up in the market — a friend waved me over, said “you need this for grocery runs,” so I caved. I was pretty on the fence because I’d read a couple of sketchy reviews and the price was low enough that I thought, yeah, maybe you get what you pay for. I do own a couple of their older bags (they’ve been trusty), so that nudged me to try it. First few uses were fine, then the strap started to look tired after about two weeks — fraying at one seam. I panicked a bit; I pictured groceries everywhere on the sidewalk. I reached out to customer support and, honestly, I was braced for a fight about return shipping or blame. Instead they asked for a photo, then arranged a replacement and covered postage. It wasn’t instant — there was a delay and one awkward back-and-forth — but the replacement arrived and actually feels sturdier than the first one. So my doubts didn’t completely vanish immediately, but they eased. I’m glad I stuck with it, and grateful the company made it right without making me pay extra. Small hiccup, happy enough with the result.
Overcharged on cards
Overcharged on cards
Returns & RefundsI don't want to be negative, but if you're having issues with your cards or delivery, don't waste your time reaching out to customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall! I ended up being overcharged for cards that never arrived, and the process of getting a refund or replacements has been a total nightmare. It's really frustrating because their cards are so nice, and I used to buy them every year. I think next time I'll opt for cheaper cards. They might not be as fancy, but at least I'll actually receive what I paid for!
Prints purchase - need to exchange one
Prints purchase - need to exchange one
Returns & RefundsI went to the store and bought some prints on sale. When I got home, I realized I already had one of them. So I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a different one. But they said no way, Jose! I was so mad, you wouldn't believe it. They didn't tell me about this dumb policy when I was there. What a rip-off!
