CommunicationI was not happy with the delay in sending out my order and the bad communication. I ordered birthday and Christmas cards online, but didn't hear anything about them being sent for two weeks. I had to call customer service to ask about it, and they said that some items were out of stock, which is why it was taking so long. I finally got my order a few days later, but some things were missing. They sent replacements without asking me first. I wish they had been more proactive in keeping me in the loop.
