Their reply felt a bit casual, like “it seems ready to ship” — not ideal phrasing when you’re trying to sort something out. They suggested refusing the parcel, which isn’t practical if you’re expecting multiple packages. Still, the quality keeps me buying and the staff were polite when they did respond, just slower than I’d like.
