Waiting game turned lukewright
Waiting game turned lukewright
DeliveryI was looking at my calendar a week out, thinking I was safe — the order page said guaranteed within five working days, so I ordered specific cards for specific dates. No dispatch email came, so I sent a note saying I really needed them on time. Got a pretty bland "we're busy" reply that didn't help at all. I rang and spoke to Amy; she sounded dismissive, not exactly apologetic, and it felt like my order didn't matter to her. After a fuss she gave me a senior contact who never replied. The cards did turn up several days late, no apology, so I ended up buying spares last minute and losing postage money. That was the worst part — the lack of care. On the flip side, once they arrived the print and colours were decent, the product itself was fine, so that softened things a bit. I've had other companies chase me down and actually sort things when dates mattered, so this was disappointing by comparison. I'm skeptical about reordering, but because the cards looked good in the end I'm leaning toward giving them another shot — only for stuff that isn't time sensitive. Not great, not terrible.
Bought 2 cards

DeliverySo, eh, I ordered 2 cards a week ago, and they still haven't been sent out, you know? The person I emailed said it was fine, but my friend's birthday is coming up soon and now the card won't get there on time. Not cool, eh?
Christmas cards and birthday cards
Christmas cards and birthday cards
DeliveryI bought some Christmas and birthday cards from this store recently. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the Christmas cards were missing. I got in touch with customer service and they said they would send replacements. After waiting for a few days and not getting anything, I called again. They said the cards were on their way, but still nothing came. Eventually, after a bunch of phone calls, the cards were sent out again and I finally got them. The first replacements never arrived and I was really disappointed with how everything went down. It's definitely made me not too keen on buying stuff from this store in the future.
Greeting cards purchase
Greeting cards purchase
DeliveryI'm really disappointed with my recent order. The package was left outside and got wet, which damaged the greeting cards inside. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they didn't offer to replace the damaged items. It's too bad because the cards were really nice, but the lack of customer service has made me think twice about using this service in the future.
