Returns & Refundslabel printed, but the glosses weren’t even packaged. It’s such a weird detail — like someone printed a label and left. I cancelled on the 27th since nothing moved. After hassling support a couple times they did refund me, eventually, and offered a small courtesy. Still sketchy handling but at least it ended okay.
