DeliveryI recently bought the Little Twin Stars Collection when it came out, but I gotta say, I've been super disappointed with how things went down. I never got any shipping notice for my order, and when I tried to ask about it, they said my package had been delivered - but I never got it! I've been trying to get some help for more than a week now, but the customer service has been no help at all. I spent more than $100 on this collection and other stuff, and all I'm getting in return is frustration and no real support. Feels like they're just trying to blow me off with those robot messages and not even dealing with my worries.
