I was pretty excited for the Little Twin Stars set and spent over $100, so I checked the porch like... a lot. The site says it was delivered but I never got a shipping notice and nothing showed up. I reached out a few times this past week and mostly got canned replies — they keep saying it's on me to call FedEx, which felt like them shrugging. I mean, sure, I can call, but they could at least try to track it or open a claim. It’s frustrating because I was looking forward to using/displaying the pieces, and now I’m just waiting and poking them for an actual human to help. Had better luck with other shops before; this one felt dismissive, sadly.

I recently bought the Little Twin Stars Collection when it came out, but I gotta say, I've been super disappointed with how things went down. I never got any shipping notice for my order, and when I tried to ask about it, they said my package had been delivered - but I never got it! I've been trying to get some help for more than a week now, but the customer service has been no help at all. I spent more than $100 on this collection and other stuff, and all I'm getting in return is frustration and no real support. Feels like they're just trying to blow me off with those robot messages and not even dealing with my worries.
