App & PortalI gotta say, this website is a total disaster. I made two orders, but when I go to see my order history, it's empty! Can you believe it? I've had to reach out to customer service three times to fix it, but they keep saying it's good to go when it's really not. Plus, the shipping is so slow, all thanks to FedEx. My stuff still hasn't arrived, so I can't even comment on the product quality. Overall, this whole thing has been a huge headache and I won't be shopping with them again.
