2. Oh man, I really wish I checked out the reviews before ordering! I was super pumped about that necklace from the September jewelry launch and had my friend in the US order it for me. It was a total disaster with shipping and production delays. They blamed everything but aliens! After a whole month, they finally admitted it was out of stock and gave me my money back. Their customer service was awful! It seemed like they cared more about their social media than actually helping customers. They just kept sending me discount codes like that would make everything better. I am definitely not ordering from them again!

I'm pretty disappointed with my recent jewelry purchase experience. I set my alarm early to put in my order, just to get an email two days later saying they had to cancel it because they ran out of stock. I find it hard to believe that all three items I wanted were suddenly sold out. It just doesn't make sense. And it's kind of disheartening to see influencers getting the items while us regular folks miss out. Makes me feel like we, as everyday customers, are not all that important.

I went to the store in SOHO and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The store looked nice, but the service was not great. The staff didn't seem to care and weren't very helpful, which made my shopping trip not very enjoyable. On top of that, there wasn't a lot of stuff to choose from and nothing really caught my eye. The clothes were pretty average and nothing special. All in all, I left feeling kind of disappointed and probably won't be going back.
