I recently bought something from this online store and it's been more than 6 weeks since I ordered it, but it hasn't been shipped out yet. They said it would only take 1-2 weeks to ship, but I haven't heard anything about when it will arrive. Their customer service team hasn't been very good at keeping me updated or being clear about what's going on, which is really annoying and disappointing. I suggest looking into buying from a more trustworthy seller like Revolve instead.

So I ordered some stuff on this website, and it took like two months for them to actually send it out. Can you believe that? And when I asked for a refund or to cancel my order because it was taking forever, they were super rude and just said no! Like, seriously? I don't even need those things now, they were for a trip back home. So frustrating, definitely not gonna shop there again.

What a disaster! The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. Can you believe the CEO is so out of touch, or is it just an act? How is it even possible that my item never showed up? I had to go through all the trouble of calling my bank and reporting it as fraud. It's just ridiculous!

My experience with this company has been super disappointing. I ordered something and never got any updates or replies to my emails about where my package is. They seem more interested in promoting new stuff than actually delivering orders to the people who pay for them. I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
