I got all excited about these new clothes I ordered and thought they were gonna be super stylish, eh? But man, it was a total disaster! It took forever for them to even ship my order, and when I reached out for help, all they said was to check their website. Seriously? When the clothes finally arrived, they were just awful. Wrong size and such poor quality. Now I'm trying to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall. So frustrating, eh?

I bought a dress, eh, but it was the wrong size so I tried to exchange it, ya know? It's been a week now, and I haven't heard anything about when they're sending me the right size. The online chat is no help, and I've emailed them lots, even the return department! It's just so frustrating, I tell ya! I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

This company is a joke. I cancelled my order and haven't gotten my money back yet. They said I would get my order in 2 days before Christmas, but it's January now and I'm still waiting. Their customer service is terrible - I've been trying to reach them for over a month and haven't heard back.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company, eh. Got two of the same thing as a birthday gift, and when I called customer service to sort it out, it was terrible, eh. Just brutal customer service. Even though I was only one day late for the return policy because I was on vacation, they wouldn't help me at all. Now I'm stuck with two jackets that are exactly the same, for no reason. This kind of inflexibility and lack of understanding from a company is just not cool, and it makes me not want to shop there ever again, eh.
