Even though my watch ended up coming a bit later than I thought, I didn't have any issues or anything. Being a newbie customer, this whole thing really made me feel good about buying from them.

TrackingI just bought a pair of diamond cut earrings for a special birthday, eh? But when the package came, it was the wrong item. I called customer service and they said to send back the wrong order for a new one, which would come right away with next-day delivery. But I'm still waiting for the replacement and haven't gotten a tracking number like they said. This lack of communication and not keeping promises is not cool. I expect better service from a company like this.
