Watches
CommunicationI bought a few watches from Watchmaxx recently, and 2 out of 3 orders were delayed in shipping. One order I made in early June still hasn't been sent out by mid-July. I tried contacting customer service many times, but they never said sorry for the delays. I've worked in retail before, so I expect good customer service. Watchmaxx didn't meet my expectations in that regard. Even though their prices are good, their customer service needs to improve in terms of communication and taking responsibility.
