I just bought a watch from this store and I was so disappointed to find out that it wasn't brand new like I thought. It was actually a store display model. I felt like Watchmaxx wasn't being upfront and honest with me, which really let me down. I had to shell out more cash for shipping and restocking fees just to send the watch back. I even mentioned reporting them to the BBB, but they didn't seem to care about their shady behavior. I would definitely steer clear of this store.

I had a really disappointing experience with their customer service recently. I bought a watch from them online and when it arrived, it wasn't working properly. I tried contacting them through email twice but didn't hear back from them at all. It was really frustrating to receive a broken watch, and when I finally did get a response from customer service, they told me to take it to a jeweler for a battery replacement. It's not fair that I have to deal with this inconvenience because of their mistake. On top of that, they wanted me to pay a restocking fee and didn't cover shipping costs, which just made the whole experience even worse. Based on this recent experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
