I bought a bunch of stuff from this online store recently, eh. And, you know, I've run into some issues with every order, unfortunately. So, the first one was some alcohol wipes that came real quick, but they were bone dry when I opened 'em up, eh. Then, the second order was a dash cam for the car, which took forever to show up. And when it did, the box was way lighter than it should've been. When I checked, the camera was missing, only the extras were there. Today, the third order came in, and it was two motion-activated lights with LED bulbs, but only one light was in the box, eh. Plus, the packaging was all beat up. I reached out to customer service about the first two orders, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm thinking of contacting them again about the last order, but I'm getting pretty frustrated and not sure what to do next, eh. Any ideas on how to get a refund would be super helpful.

I picked up these thermal socks here, thinking they'd keep my feet cozy all through the winter, but man, was I ever off the mark! These socks have this wire running through them which is supposed to keep your feet toasty, but let me tell you, it only ends up warming up the toes a tad. On top of that, they're real uncomfortable to wear. And as if that wasn't enough, you can't even return them! What a complete rip-off!
