CommunicationSorry, bud, but listen to this. So, I bought my wife two pairs of earrings, right? Well, only one pair showed up. I got on the horn with customer service right away, sent 'em all the proof of my order. I kept at 'em for three whole days, calling non-stop, but I couldn't get a hold of anybody – just kept gettin' hung up on. Finally, after loads of tries, I got through to someone who understood my problem and told me they'd fix it up. But you know what? The next day when I checked back like they said, they straight up ignored me. Man, I'm tellin' ya, this whole runaround and lack of fixing things up, it's just real disappointing and gets a fella all worked up, eh?
