Ring purchase
So, I bought a ring from this company not too long ago, and I ran into a bit of a problem with it. I started noticing that after a few months of wearing it, the ring kept snagging on my clothes. I reached out to their customer service for help, but I gotta tell you, I wasn't too happy with the response I got. The rep kind of brushed off my concerns, saying nothing was wrong with the ring. Lo and behold, the very next day, the diamond falls out. Luckily, I found it on the floor, but this whole situation has really left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with how things turned out. I gotta say, I expected better customer service from a company as reputable as this one.
Engagement ring and wedding band
Oh man, I'm so frustrated right now! My wife and I picked out this rose gold engagement ring and wedding band set, but when it arrived, the color was totally off. It was this bright Barbie pink instead of the nice rose gold we wanted. And to make it worse, we tried to return it and they charged us $350, claiming the color wasn't a defect. Like, hello? Barbie pink is not what we wanted at all! And then they took back the $75 refund they originally gave us for being late. Like, come on! It's just not fair.

I bought a ring from this company and boy, was that a mistake. The diamond fell out not long after I got it, and when I called customer service, they actually tried to blame it on me. Can you believe that? I was so surprised and let down by their lack of taking responsibility. And to top it all off, the same thing happened again just three months later. When I asked for help, they told me to hang tight until January because they were swamped. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague.
Perennial stud earrings purchase
I bought a pair of perennial stud earrings from this company, and to be honest, it was a bit of a letdown. I got the right earring because the left one was out of stock, but I was told it would be back soon. Well, it never did come back in stock despite promises and waiting for ages. The company's communication was all over the place and not reliable, which was super frustrating for me. After going back and forth, they said they could bill me for the left earring, but that didn't work for me. When I tried to return the earring, they only offered a gift card, which wasn't what I wanted. Overall, dealing with this company was a disappointment and I suggest others stay away.
Diamond band purchase
From what I've experienced, the diamond band I bought had some problems with diamonds falling out. Even though I had insurance, I ended up getting charged for repairs two times. The customer service wasn't great because they said it wasn't their fault. So, I'd say be careful if you're thinking about buying from this store.
Diamond earrings
The diamond earrings I bought were a real letdown in terms of quality and clarity. Even after getting them cleaned by a pro and having my local jeweler check them out, we were both surprised to see the yellowish tint and lack of sparkle in the diamonds. I was really hoping for something special, so it was pretty disappointing. And as if that wasn't enough, the other diamond set my husband got me from the same brand was full of flaws and looked more black than clear. The jeweler even chuckled at how bad they were. This whole experience has left me feeling pretty unsatisfied, and I don't think I'll be buying anything else from this brand in the future.

I picked up some little earrings from them and I gotta tell you, I was super let down. The second I noticed how teeny tiny they were, I shot them a message about sending them back. It took an entire week just to hear back from them. I followed their return steps exactly, but now it's way past the time they promised for my money to come back to me. All they keep giving me is "sorries" and explanations, but no actual action. I've requested multiple times for them to call me and chat about this, but all I'm getting is crickets. Honestly, steer clear of shopping from this place like the plague.
