I won’t buy from them again — customer support undone the whole thing. I ordered a few items for a backyard get-together late last month. At first I was pleasantly surprised: part of the order showed up fast and that felt good. Then one item lagged way behind. I tried cancelling that piece the day it missed the ship date — emailed, nothing. Two days later I got a shipping confirmation out of the blue, so I replied asking to cancel and still crickets. I phoned and they said it hadn’t shipped (contradiction alert) but also that they couldn’t cancel. Reason given: “we’re busy, 48 hours response time.” Fine, everyone’s busy, but plenty of stores manage replies quicker. Long story short I have to return it, pay restocking and shipping, after trying to avoid all that. The product itself is fine, but the follow-up and communication made the whole experience a hassle. A little more clarity and faster replies would’ve saved this.
