The service at this store is amazing, eh? The staff are always looking out for me, making sure I got everything I need and that I'm happy with what I buy. They're real good at helping me find the right sizes, colors, and styles that suit me. They got a great selection of shirts, and I snagged some really nice ones on sale. Prices can be a bit steep, but the quality is top-notch. All in all, it's been a really great shopping experience, eh?

I recently bought a shirt and tie from this place, and even though the products are good quality, the customer service was really lacking. When I found out my order was going to the wrong address, I emailed them right away but got no response. I then called their 800 number but was put on hold for an hour listening to the same country music loop, so I gave up. When I tried contacting their main office, I had the same frustrating experience. On top of that, their online chat was offline at 3 pm, so I couldn't get help when I needed it. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable and doesn't look good for their reputation.

It was so cool how she had the shirt in her hand while talking to me on the phone. She made the whole process of sending the shirt to Florida super smooth and easy, with great follow-through and customer service. It felt like a personal, face-to-face transaction in a digital world. Huge props to the manager for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift!
