Vestiaire Collective - Reviews and experiences

I bought a bag from VC not long ago and I wanted to make sure it was real. I paid a fee for authenticity, but a different company said the bag was actually fake. I'm pretty disappointed with VC because they didn't give me clear answers or proof, and now I'm starting to doubt if their products are genuine and if their marketing can be trusted.
