So I got this baby monitor not too long ago, but it suddenly stopped charging after just 10 months. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they weren't very helpful at all at first. Even though they agreed there was a problem with the product, they didn't offer any solutions. Now I'm out of money and without a working monitor, which is super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company, my experience has been really disappointing.

I bought those outdoor security cameras from this company about 14 months ago. But you know what? They stopped supporting the system pretty quickly and then just shut it down altogether. It's really disappointing to see a company drop the ball like that, especially when they used to be on eBay. It's a real letdown.

It's like they don't even remember you once they've got your cash. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at that company. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values their customers.

The camera system was really good, way better than what I had before from a different brand. But then things went downhill fast when VAVA suddenly stopped selling the system out of nowhere. I felt completely let down and annoyed. I'd suggest you think long and hard before buying anything from them.

I bought a dashcam from here and it died after only 3 years! It's so not cool that it's out of warranty and the company doesn't even care. The quality is trash and their customer service is like non-existent. Don't buy from them, eh!
