App & PortalI recently bought the VaVa Dashboard Cam VA-VD005 from an online store. The actual camera is pretty good when it comes to specs and design. But man, the APP that came with it was a huge letdown. It got a 2-star rating on Google Play, showing how bad it is. And let me tell you, the brand's customer service was terrible. They seemed clueless and unhelpful. I sent them a bunch of lengthy emails, but never got a decent response or solution. In the end, I had to give up on the product because it was a waste of money and time. Definitely avoid this brand, my experience was awful.

App & PortalI bought two SSD external hard drives that needed a certain app for encryption. At first, everything was smooth sailing until my Mac OSX updated to Monterey. The app stopped recognizing the SSDs. They said they were fixing it, but it seemed like they had no plans to update the app. Also, when I tried to use the extended warranty for the SSDs, they wouldn't honor it. This whole situation really let me down and made me super frustrated with the brand.
