I splurged on this super pricey projector for more than 3 grand and then a dead pixel showed up after a couple months. I got in touch with the company for assistance, but nothing they suggested fixed the issue. They promised to send me a new one, but I was hesitant to return the faulty one. Eventually, I decided to send it back, but it's been weeks now and I still haven't received the replacement. I'm feeling really disappointed about the whole situation.

I ordered a robot vacuum online from this company and it was a total disaster. After only a couple of times using it, the thing started acting up. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me the product was no longer being made and they couldn't help or give me my money back. Completely ridiculous! I was stuck with a broken product and no help from the company. It was a terrible experience all around and I wouldn't suggest anyone buy their stuff.

It was working fine for 7 months, then suddenly went kaput. I was pretty bummed that it crapped out right after the warranty expired. I tried contacting the company, but no luck getting a replacement camera in the UK. They got back to me fast, but their response wasn't all that helpful in the end.
