Urbanears - Reviews and experiences

I bought my headphones at that store about four years ago, and I just noticed that the ear cushions were wearing out. When I found out they didn't make replacements for my model anymore, I emailed customer service. They got back to me quickly and offered to send me new ear cushions for free. I'm really happy with the service I got, and now I can enjoy my headphones again with the fresh cushions.

The customer service at this store is just amazing, eh? I was so impressed by how much they really cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. My experience with the Plattan 2 headphones was really great. I had the original Plattan headphones for about four years and they were super good - really strong and lasted a long time. When it was time to get new ones, I decided to go with the Plattan 2 because they were still a good price and seemed just as good as the original ones. I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service at this company. So, my headphones just up and died on me one day. I reached out to customer service, and they asked for more info and some pics of the headphones to file a warranty claim. And you know what? They sent me a brand spanking new pair of headphones to my door in just one week. Can you believe that?
