CommunicationI bought a Ralis bluetooth speaker and used it in my bedroom for less than 4 months before it died. I emailed their customer service on 27/12/2020 and was told to give them my address, receipt, and serial number. But, even though I did that, I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing that they're not helping me after the sale. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
