Ya, so I lost the charging case for my earphones, eh, and had to order a new one. But, oh no, I ordered the wrong type, ya know? So, I tried to return it and get the right one, but man, the return process is a total nightmare, eh. I filled out all these forms for help, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. The lack of communication and customer service is just brutal, eh. Now, I'm probably past the return date and stuck with a useless case, eh.

I recently bought some new cushions for my headphones, but I accidentally got the wrong ones. Unfortunately, I couldn't return them, so I had to pay for the return myself. It's been over a month now since I ordered the right cushions and I still haven't gotten them. I feel like I wasted 22 euros for nothing. I know I made a mistake too, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them directly to avoid this kind of hassle. Also, it's worrying to hear that they delete bad reviews from their site, it makes me question how honest and trustworthy they really are.

I had a really bad time shopping with this company. I bought two ear pods, but only got one. Even though I emailed for help, I haven't heard back in a week. I still haven't gotten a refund or a replacement. It's really annoying to deal with such bad customer service and long waits. Not having a phone number to call for help just makes it worse. I told my friends to stay away from this company, and I'm thinking about doing more to get my money back and fix this problem.
