The odd part that stuck with me was a line about how a payment dispute could lead to cancelling other unfulfilled items, which felt like pressure, honestly. I use these records and merch in my daily routine (background music while I work, hoodie for walks), so it was annoying to be stuck over a simple mistake. On the plus side the website was easy to use and estimated delivery matched reality, so not all bad. I’m filing a claim and watching how they handle it, curious more than furious, but yeah, inconvenient.
