Halfway through a Sunday I realized the tracking still showed Daventry and I’d been repeating the same calls for weeks. A friend had first sent me the link — I thought it was from Universal, so when support emailed a returns label I sent the sweatshirt back. It’s been logged in their Daventry warehouse since Feb. 14. Turns out I actually bought it from another site (my mistake), but why was a label sent for the wrong order? I was skeptical, annoyed and £50 out of pocket, chasing them weekly. Then they finally said they’d received it and would post it back — that’s when I actually relaxed a bit. Still slow, though.

They wouldn’t agree and kept pointing to their terms, basically reading from a script. The odd part that stuck with me was a line about how a payment dispute could lead to cancelling other unfulfilled items, which felt like pressure, honestly. I use these records and merch in my daily routine (background music while I work, hoodie for walks), so it was annoying to be stuck over a simple mistake. On the plus side the website was easy to use and estimated delivery matched reality, so not all bad. I’m filing a claim and watching how they handle it, curious more than furious, but yeah, inconvenient.
