A Christmas mix-up
A Christmas mix-up
Deliverygreat, that’s sorted. Fast forward — it never left “processing.” I’ve emailed them four times in recent weeks and all I get is the same line about it being processed and that I’ll be told when it ships. That’s the worst bit: the delivery and the radio silence from customer service. I’m honestly worried it won’t arrive for Christmas (or at all) and I’m already dreading the hassle of asking for a refund. Felt let down — could’ve been handled so much better. Small things like clearer updates would’ve helped.

Productafter about a year the fabric started to show wear faster than I expected, which was a bummer. Still, for the price and how it looked at first, I’m happy overall. My friend definitely convinced me to try it, and I don’t regret the purchase.

Returns & RefundsI was halfway through my coffee when I realised I’d ordered the wrong vinyl — classic Monday move — and asked to have it cancelled within 24 hours. They wouldn’t agree and kept pointing to their terms, basically reading from a script. The odd part that stuck with me was a line about how a payment dispute could lead to cancelling other unfulfilled items, which felt like pressure, honestly. I use these records and merch in my daily routine (background music while I work, hoodie for walks), so it was annoying to be stuck over a simple mistake. On the plus side the website was easy to use and estimated delivery matched reality, so not all bad. I’m filing a claim and watching how they handle it, curious more than furious, but yeah, inconvenient.

Servicesoft, cosy, a bit wonky stitching on one sleeve, fits okay. It does the job. But the delivery confusion and the customer service silence made it needlessly stressful. Not the worst product, just a messy experience that could've been handled with a little care.
Bit of a bumpy ride but worth the tunes

Servicethe phone maze and the endless hold music made it feel like nobody knew what was happening. In the end the singles did turn up, a few days late — not ideal, but I was happy to finally have them and they sound great. I also got the delivery charge refunded, though the refund hasn't shown on my card yet, so I'm keeping an eye on that. Overall, I'd recommend being cautious and maybe calling your local shop first; they can sometimes give you more useful info than the supplier. So, not a perfect experience, but not a disaster either. If the supplier tightened up customer support and dispatching, this would be closer to top-notch. For now: mixed bag, but the music made up for a lot. I still recommend the record if you love the band — just be prepared for small hiccups.
Bent sleeve, annoying back-and-forth

Producthuh, that doesn't look right. The outer box looked fine, but the EP sleeve was creased and the record had visible marks — not the kind of thing you notice after shipping, more like it was already messed up when it was packed. It felt rough to handle, like somebody had shuffled it around without care. I ordered this limited Dermot Kennedy vinyl near the end of November because I wanted something nice to listen to, and that initial disappointment stuck with me.
