I had this whole idea in my head of the Ronnie Wood print on our living room wall, you know, the weight of the frame, the texture of the paper, how it would catch the light — and I can picture it, but I never got to hold it. Ordered Nov 28 (over £700) and was told 3–4 days delivery, it was marked in stock, but radio silence since. Emails got auto-replies that say nothing useful, and I’ve written more than once. Been lucky with other galleries before, so this was a surprise — disappointment more than anger. Oddly the product photos were lovely and made me even more eager, which just made the lack of updates sting. Wouldn’t risk it again.

great, that’s sorted. Fast forward — it never left “processing.” I’ve emailed them four times in recent weeks and all I get is the same line about it being processed and that I’ll be told when it ships. That’s the worst bit: the delivery and the radio silence from customer service. I’m honestly worried it won’t arrive for Christmas (or at all) and I’m already dreading the hassle of asking for a refund. Felt let down — could’ve been handled so much better. Small things like clearer updates would’ve helped.
