I gotta say, the customer support from this company really lets me down. I've been a regular customer, love their games and all, but it just sucks not having any help when you need it. Dealing with problems with a purchase or a game and having no one to turn to is beyond frustrating. It really ruins the whole vibe with the company and leaves loyal customers, like myself, feeling disappointed.

As a customer who has reached out for help from the company for different problems, I must say I am really disappointed with the service I have received. The support they offer just doesn't cut it - it's slow and unhelpful, and they even close tickets without fixing the issue. It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility or communicate properly, especially when they claim to be all about top-notch service. The fact that the support team keeps giving me canned responses and won't update me on the problems that are still lingering just makes things worse. And on top of all that, there's no clear way to escalate matters when they go unresolved, which really shows how ineffective their support system is.

I'm really frustrated with how little help I'm getting from this company. It's like their customer service team doesn't know anything or doesn't want to help. I've talked to a few support reps and it seems like they have no idea about the games they're supposed to be supporting. Their responses are just generic messages that don't really solve my problems. They keep asking for the same information over and over, and they even suggested I reset my whole PC for a bug they should know about. It's crazy to think a big company like this can act so poorly towards their customers. I can't help but wonder if they're doing this on purpose to mess with players.

Watch Dogs Legion

Service

I was trying to get some help with Watch Dogs Legion, but they just won't bother responding to my support tickets. Such a crappy company. Hopefully, they'll get bought out by a better company so the games end up in more reliable hands.
