CommunicationI had to get in touch with customer service to change my email since I got a new job and my old one got shut down. I waited 27 whole days for a reply to my request, only to be told I had to verify my email again. It felt like they were messing with me, and I thought the whole thing was just a waste of time. I won't be buying anything else from that company.

CommunicationI just bought a game and man, the customer service was just awful. I sent a message to their support team, like, 27 days ago and still haven't heard back. So frustrating, eh? It's obvious they're not on the ball and I'm not gonna stick around to bail them out.
