I just got The Spritz Bidet Attachment and let me tell you, putting it on was a bit of a struggle. The bolts that came with it were too big for my toilet, so I couldn't attach it properly. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't get back to me for a whole week. I ended up having to go to the store and get new bolts myself.
