I'm happy with how the bidet attachment I bought is working. Setting it up was easy and it's doing what it's supposed to do. But I wasn't too pleased with the customer service at first. I had to write a bad review before they even acknowledged my problem. It's a bit frustrating because support should be there for all customers, not just the ones who complain. Also, while the bidet works fine, I think the plastic could be better quality. It feels a bit cheap and I'm worried about how long it will last.

The bidet I bought was really good overall, but there were some annoying things that came with it. Firstly, the list price and discount coupons kept changing all the time, which made it hard to make sure I was getting the best deal. When I tried to buy a second bidet at the same price as the first one, I had to talk to customer support about it, even though it had only been two weeks since my first purchase. That left me feeling pretty frustrated as a customer. Also, I found out there was a secret piece to help with high water pressure, but it wasn't in the instructions. I had to ask customer support for that important detail, which was kind of disappointing.

Setting up the bidet was pretty easy, unless your connections or toilet seat bolts are rusted from getting old. I had some trouble with this because of the age of my fixtures, but I managed to get through it with some work. It's good to know that the supply valve shutoff might not work properly if it's old, so it's wise to have a plan B in case something goes wrong during installation. Customer support helped me figure things out, even though their explanations were sometimes confusing since English wasn't their first language. Also, the jokes in the emails from customer support got old after a while, but it wasn't a big deal.
