So my husband and I ordered this neat bidet for our bathroom, eh? We were so excited to have it in time for Christmas and all that, but when it arrived, it was the wrong size, eh? We contacted customer service, but it took them ages to get back to us. We had to send them pictures and measurements and all that jazz. And then, they didn't even send us the correct one until we sent back the wrong one...I mean, seriously, what's up with that? It took forever to get a shipping label and everything. Just not the greatest experience, you know?

I want to tell you about this awful experience I had recently when I bought something. The customer service was honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. It was a total mess trying to sort out the wrong shipping addresses and tracking numbers that didn't work. The responses I got were so generic and not helpful at all, it felt like I was talking to robots instead of real people. I really think you should stay away from this company, trust me on that one.
