I bought something from this company before the holidays so I could get it on time. Sadly, when it arrived, it wasn't what I thought it would be, so I wanted to send it back. I've been trying to reach them about the return for weeks now, but no luck. I've emailed them a bunch, tried chatting, and even called like they said, but it just goes to voicemail and I can't leave a message. The return period is only 3 weeks, so I'm running out of time. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll have to talk to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Such a letdown - watch out if you're thinking of buying from them!

I ordered a bidet, but they charged me for two. I didn't get my Labor Day discount. Plus, they wouldn't cancel my order right after I placed it. I had to pay a restocking fee for sending back the extra bidet and could only get store credit. I wouldn't recommend this company because of their bad customer service and shady practices.

I just got an electric bidet seat from your company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The thing was clearly used, dirty, and had water leaking from the box. Definitely not what I expected for the price I shelled out. So, I got a hold of customer service right away to get a return and refund. I was so mad to drop $400 on something that wasn't brand new. But, props to the customer service team for quickly fixing the problem and finding a solution.
