I just bought a Pinlock visor insert from TradeInn 'cause I couldn't find it anywhere in the UK. Even though it took a bit longer to get to me because of Brexit, TradeInn made sure to keep me updated from the moment I placed the order until it arrived. The insert came in good packaging and within the expected delivery time. I wouldn't think twice about shopping with TradeInn again in the future.

I've had a bit of a mixed bag dealing with TradeInn. Sometimes they say stuff is "in stock" when it's not, and that's caused me to wait longer for my full order. Pretty annoying. But, on the flip side, their customer service was great and they sorted out the problem quickly. The prices were good too, and I thought the products were worth the money.

So, I ordered something on April 15th and paid for it, but then I didn't hear anything for a while. I tried to ask what was up, but no one answered. Then, a day later, I finally got a reply from them and got my tracking info. Everything arrived yesterday, on April 23rd, and it was all good. So, I'm updating my review to say that everything is cool now.

I've had too many instances where stuff took forever to arrive or I got hit with the news that they didn't actually have it in stock after waiting for weeks. And wouldn't you know it? Same thing happened today, which just made me so annoyed with all the time and energy I wasted.
