ServiceI bought some clothes and stuff from TradeInn not too long ago, and even though the prices were alright, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I had a problem with the shipping and had to ask for help. But talking to them was a pain because all I got were automated replies that didn't really help with my issue. Whether it was through email or chat, the customer service folks seemed like robots - not very helpful at all. And to top it off, sometimes they'd reply in a language that wasn't even mine, making it even harder to sort things out.
