TradeInn - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some mountain bike tires on the 15th and they said they'd come between the 24th and 28th. Well, it's the 30th now and I just found out my order is only 'processed'. I tried to get an update but all I got was a bot reply. This means I won't have my tires in time for my race- it's so disappointing. I bought them assuming they were in stock and ready to be sent out, but it turns out it took 15 days just to get to that point. I feel disappointed and frustrated with the wrong delivery dates.

I need to tell you that I'm pretty disappointed with my order being late. It said it was on its way, but it's been a while since I ordered it and it still hasn't shown up.

TradeInn is so unreliable with their delivery times, they make you believe it'll be quick but it ends up taking forever. And to top it off, they don't even mention it's being shipped from Spain! What a waste of time and money. Their customer service is a complete joke too, I tried to reach out to them and got nowhere. I am absolutely not going to order from TradeInn ever again! My order number is 48717189, and I'm still waiting for it!

I just bought something from TradeInn and I gotta say, they really impressed me with how fast they delivered it from overseas. Getting those updates on the delivery status was super handy and made me feel good about my purchase. Plus, the price I paid for the item was unbeatable. I'll definitely be shopping with TradeInn again because they've earned my trust.

I ordered something from TradeInn and it took forever to get here, eh. When it finally arrived, it was in this massive box for no reason - it could have just been put in a small envelope and popped in the mail, ya know. I was so annoyed by the wait that I went ahead and ordered the same thing from another Amazon seller, thinking it would never actually get here.
