TrackingI recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, it was kind of a letdown when only one out of the three parts I ordered showed up. I tried reaching out to them by phone, email, and messaging a bunch of times but got no response for a whole week. It wasn't until another week later that the missing parts finally arrived. In my opinion, this company really needs to step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop about their delivery times and letting them know when their stuff is on the way.
