Online order for child's present
Online order for child's present
ServiceI recently ordered a gift online for my kid, but unfortunately, it never showed up. Even though the order status said it was completed, I contacted customer service about the problem. I was disappointed when they just told me to send back the item with a note. How can I send back something I never got in the first place? I felt like Topps' response was robotic and didn't really help with my specific problem. Now I'm stuck without my purchase and no closer to fixing things. I'm pretty upset and annoyed by this poor service, so I'll be taking further actions to make sure this gets sorted out properly.

ServiceI can't believe how awful this company is, eh! I used my hard-earned allowance to buy some cards and they were in terrible shape, you know? I tried reaching out to them but they didn't answer. Like, what's up with that, eh? I've been collecting cards for a while now and this is definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Don't bother spending your money here, buddies!
