I really liked the clothes I bought, but the taxes and duties to Canada were way too expensive that I don't think I'll be ordering again. It's disappointing because I was super into the jumpsuit I got.

I got what I wanted, and it was really good quality. But, you know, the delivery took forever, and then they hit me with this dumb COD charge for duty. I order things from other places in the US all the time and never have to pay duty. This might make me not want to order from Canada anymore, even though I really like their stuff!

I can't believe how rude this company is! I ordered something and it was way too big, so I had to send it back. But get this - not only did I have to pay for shipping, they also added a crazy $7.95 fee just to process the return. That's a total of $18 just to try on something - talk about unfair! And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it with the "happy returns" code they gave me, the UPS store messed it up. They couldn't even give me a receipt, so I had no way to prove I sent it back. What a waste of time and money! I tried calling Three Bird Nest, but guess what? They don't even have a customer service number. Now I'm stuck with something I don't even want and out of money for no reason at all.

I bought a dress, but it didn't fit right. When I tried to return it, the company claimed there was hair damage and refused to refund me. Honestly, terrible service all around.

I was so upset with how they do returns at this store. They made me pay a big fee to send back my purchase, and on top of that, they charged me for shipping and a restocking fee that added up to $20. Plus, it's really annoying that they don't do exchanges, so when I wanted a different item, I had to pay for shipping all over again. And to make matters worse, the size guides were totally wrong, which just made everything even more frustrating.

The clothes look good in pictures, but the quality is really bad. Cheap materials, buttons not sewn well, fabric that pills, and elastic bands that twist. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Oh my gosh, this store is incredible! The clothes are so cute and really well made. The customer service is amazing, they are so friendly and useful. Big stores could definitely take some tips from them, to be honest. The shipping is super fast and the packaging is really nice. I'm definitely going to be a customer here forever.

I just picked up this really cute grey dress and it's honestly AMAZING. It's so comfy and versatile, plus it has pockets! How awesome is that? I also grabbed three bralettes to go with it, and they're super comfy and adorable. I'm 5'7 and about 175lbs, and the medium size for the dress and M/L for the bralettes fit me just right. The quality is excellent, just like in the photos. Shipping was surprisingly quick, even with standard shipping. Excited to shop here again soon!

I really love the clothes! They fit so well and I'm excited to get more. It's just a shame that the duty fees are so high when it comes across the border. But the clothes are really good quality and they suit my style perfectly!
