Three Bird Nest - Reviews and experiences

I was so excited to finally get my order from this company because I've been eyeing their products for a while. But then I got really frustrated when I realized that my package was missing. I contacted the company and the shipper, and found out that my package was never even sent out, even though I got a shipping notice and tracking info. The company didn't take responsibility for the mistake; instead, they blamed the shipping carrier. Eventually I got a refund for the items that weren't available, but I was shocked to see that they took out the shipping costs from my refund. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and I'd suggest being careful if you order from them.

Just like everyone else, my package arrived late and I ended up having to ask for a refund after waiting for 3 and a half weeks. They did give me my money back, but I was kind of bummed that it didn't cover the duties and shipping fees. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them in the future.

I got what I wanted, and it was really good quality. But, you know, the delivery took forever, and then they hit me with this dumb COD charge for duty. I order things from other places in the US all the time and never have to pay duty. This might make me not want to order from Canada anymore, even though I really like their stuff!
